Over time, ERGON has grown step by step.

We strongly believe that every person working within the organisation deserves equal treatment and, more importantly, the opportunity to take on responsibilities and apply the knowledge they gained during their academic studies.

ERGON is highly active across various fields, collaborating with multiple European projects (such as the European Solidarity Corps, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, etc.) in relation to available job positions.
